An eclectic mix of Local, Western and Northern Indian food and beverages make it a place for friends and family to foster the spirit of friendship and camaraderie. Now we are running 7 different outlets under different house brands named SOULed Out, WIP & HUBBA HUBBA located around the Klang Valley golden triangle area, Bangsar, Desa Sri Hartamas, Mont Kiara, Pavilion Bukit Jalil & Kota Kinabalu. Job Overview:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in achieving individual and team goals.
Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovative ideas and solutions.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Social Media/ Campaign Management:
Oversee the group social media & digital communication planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including offline & online.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and maintain a strong brand image (SOULed OUT) throughout all marketing materials.
Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
Content Development:
Coordinate the creation of engaging and compelling content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality content.
Market and Consumer Insights:
Utilize data and analytics to gain insights into consumer behaviour, preferences, and market trends.
Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Track expenses, analyse variances, and make recommendations for cost optimization.
