Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a keen eye for trends, and a commitment to promoting our brands unique values. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Gaia Eats brands.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, websites, and newsletters.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and brand-aligned marketing materials.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts.
- Organize and coordinate events, campaigns, and promotions.
- Create and run Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant ad campaigns.
- Conduct reporting and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Learn and utilize AI tools to enhance marketing strategies and operations.
- Must use AI for empowerment in marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the F&B industry, plant-based trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for plant-based lifestyles and sustainability is a bonus.
