- Conducting market research to identify trends, potential markets, and customer preferences.
Analyzing competitor activities and market conditions to develop strategies.
- Marketing Strategy
- Developing marketing plans and strategies to reach company objectives.
Collaborating with the marketing team to create campaigns that align with brand identity and target audience.
Campaign Management
Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, and events. Monitoring campaign performance and analyzing results to optimize future strategies.
- Content Creation
- Developing creative content for marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and consistent with brand messaging.
Digital Marketing
Managing digital marketing efforts such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing. Optimizing online presence and user experience to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
- Brand Management
- Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Developing brand awareness strategies and ensuring brand integrity in all communication.
Public Relations
Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Managing press releases, media coverage, and public perception of the brand.
- Event Management
- Organizing and coordinating events such as product launches, trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and brand representation.
Analytics and Reporting
Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI. Generating reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Implementing CRM systems to manage customer data, track interactions, and personalize marketing efforts.
Developing strategies to nurture leads, retain customers, and encourage repeat business.
Collaboration
Working closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing efforts with business goals. Collaborating with external agencies, vendors, and partners for specialized marketing initiatives.
- Continuous Learning
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.
Participating in training programs, workshops, and industry conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.
At least 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing successful paid search and social campaigns.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords (SEM, Display) or Facebook/Social Media campaigns.
Working knowledge of SQL, Google/Omniture Analytics, and other web analytics tools.- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good command of Malay and English.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
