Marketing Executive

We are looking for a target-driven, a highly motivated individual to join us as a Marketing Executive. You will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth in profit and get rewarded handsomely along the way.

This position will be based in either Taman Desa Cemerlang, Johor or Kota Damansara, Selangor. It carries a high level of responsibilities and requires the ability to analyze market trends, build relationships with clients and understanding customer needs.

• WHAT DO WE NEED YOU TO DO

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key market segments.

• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and optimize as needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of

marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Manage and maintain the companys website, ensuring all content is up to date and SEO-optimized.

• Produce marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, videos, and blog posts.

Organize and participate in promotional events and attend industry conferences to build relationships and generate leads.

• WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.

• At least with one (1) year of working experience

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in B2B marketing.

• Experience in developing and executing marketing website.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software).

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
