Job Summary : Customer service manager, ensures that the customers of a company are satisfied and provide superb customer service by leading and motivating the customer service team, developing loyalty programs, and creating customer satisfaction goals.
- Customer Acquisition - follow up with newly sign-up customer and guide them along to close the deal.
Customer Retention - maintain prefoessional attitude and customer feedback / complain in order to build good strong relationship- Customer with customer via multiple channel - WhatsApp , SMS, Live Chat, Phone call & etc
Understand the current market needs - stay up to trend about the market promotion & expectation then feedback & brainstorm with superior

Normal Working Hour (
- Bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field.
Minimum 1 1/2 years of proven experience in a customer service manager position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin ( speak, write and read) , English,

- Commission (monthly basis)
