Are you a hands-on and passionate marketer looking to be part of our mission to bring #PositiveFood to the world We are looking for a Marketing Executive to step-change our Savencia brand portfolio activation and omnichannel presence. This individual will grow together with the region.

Your Mission: Support Southern Asia Marketing A ctivation strategy to build strong brands in the region; Support Savencia Malaysia in commercial activities; Support in sales and marketing activation planning and execution on a project-basis.

Your Team: You will report to the Senior Sales Manager, Malaysia based in Selangor/Kuala Lumpur, and have coordination frequently with the Southern Asia Marketing Activation Lead and regional HQ team based in Singapore.

Your Responsibilities:


(50% Malaysia Trade Marketing support & 50% Digital Regional Marketing support)


Malaysia Trade Marketing

  • Support our Senior Sales Manager and Chefs in the coordination, planning and execution of our trade marketing activations and commercial events (e.g. trade shows, events, demos, in-store promotions etc), including measuring and reporting the results of such events
  • Support on demand forecasting activities by analyzing product movement, customer behaviors, market trends and industry development impact on sales strategies.
  • Research market and competitive data. Conduct market intelligence and research, instore and online including physical visits to stores and customers
  • Support on managing monthly accruals by activities; tracking of ACD & BPP accruals and claims
  • Ad-hoc operational tasks including creating of requests and inquiries from social media pages, PowerPoint slides, reports, expense claims, product deliveries and collections, etc.

Regional Marketing

Support daily social media operations including:

  • Planning the content/conversation calendar for respective brands
  • Management of digital and design agencies & freelancers
  • Ensure all global content are being cascaded & plotted into the Southern Asia calendar accordingly at the right time
  • Ensure relevance of local content against brand equity
  • Ensure timely content posting and monitor performance marketing tracking against KPI
  • Community Manager to answer simply queries on social media or escalate to right person

Toolkit Development & Regional Assets Creation

  • Establish communication guidelines with guidance provided by Regional Marketing Activation Lead
  • Creation of regional assets (including basic photo/video filming, photo/video editing or managing external production agencies)

Consumer Market Research

  • Extraction of data from insights platform or external source to do basic data consolidation for regional marketing, including monthly/quarterly presentations to the region.
Desired Skills and Experience

Our Ideal Profile and Role Requirements:

- 0-2 years of overall marketing/communications experience or education
- Prior Experience/internship working in FMCG, consumer goods, F&B, or other direct-to-consumer marketing scopes is a bonus
- Open to students or fresh graduates from University In marketing, marketing communications, business, advertising, or similar majors with strong coordination and project management skills
- Strong communication skills and comfortable bridging between global HQ and local market stakeholders
- Able to generate data-driven insights and strong presentation skills
- Comfortable working with an international team
