The Roles,
- Effective both internal communication process and ensure all internal communications are delivered on time.
Standardize the communication system of the company and other materials like company letterheads, business cards etc.- Be regularly updated with the latest company brand guidelines, including design, and writing guidelines.
Plan, organize and execute activities like trade show, exhibitions, road show, campaigns to effectively promote the organization and its products.
- Develop and manage media and web content. Regular update of website (TYPO3) and intranet (SharePoint) with upto-date information on latest events, celebrations etc.
Manage B2C eCommerce shops (Shopee, Lazada) and manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) and campaigns which are linked to eShop activities.- Create and design (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) newsletters, brochures, magazines, flyers, posters, clothing, POSmaterials etc. according to the company's Corporate Design and liaise with designers and printers for creation of the same.
Organize promotional articles of the company for both its internal and external customers.
- Visit workshops and distributors together with sales team to learn about customer's marketing needs.
Create high-quality communications for employee audiences, such as organizational announcements, presentations for meetings, business updates as well as for other miscellaneous events.
Requirements,- Degree in Business or Marketing with 1 & above years of experience in advertising/marketing preferably in the lubricants industry
Proficient in communicate in English and the local language
- Proficient in O365 with solid skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, CSS, TYPO3, web development tools (e.g., Dreamweaver) and other applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.) Text.
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize projects and process multiple tasks as required- Self-driven and motivated, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on company goals and objective
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
