The Marketing Executive will play a key role in promoting KLAY EnerSol's brand, products, and services. This position involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, organizing events, and maintaining the company's website content. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
1.Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute marketing plans that align with company goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns
2.Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms
- Create engaging content and respond to customer interactions
3.Event Coordination:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars
- Manage event logistics, budgets, and promotional activities
4.Website Management:
- Update and maintain the company website to ensure content is current and engaging
- Optimize website for search engines (SEO) and track performance metrics
5.Content Creation:
- Write and design marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and press releases
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging
6.Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze marketing data and report on the effectiveness of campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, and event management, preferably in Technical B2B type companies
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude
