Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Program Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs, including online and offline strategies.
  • Collaborate with the branding team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Implement and manage social media strategies, ensuring daily updates and engagement.
  • EDM Campaign Management
: Plan and manage Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns.
  • Create high-quality content and visuals aimed at lead nurturing and driving conversions.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Sales and Marketing Materials:
Set objectives for creating and updating sales and marketing materials (digital and print).
  • Collaborate with the branding team to ensure materials are aligned with the companys B2B standards.
Ensure clear, consistent, and up-to-date messaging across all platforms.
  • Website Strategy Planning
: Develop and implement strategies for website content that aligns with SEO goals and enhances user experience.
  • Work with the branding team to ensure the website effectively communicates the companys core messages and value propositions.
Regularly update and optimize website content to reflect current marketing strategies.

  • Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven at least 3 years experience in marketing strategy development and execution, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and EDM campaigns.
  • Experience in content creation and collaboration with branding teams.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines..
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly in branding and design.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Bilingual communication skills with a strong command of both Mandarin and English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
