Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:

    Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness

    and engagement.

    Manage and oversee all company social media accounts, including content

    creation, scheduling, and analytics.

    Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay current.

  • Strategy Development:

    Create comprehensive marketing plans to support lead generation,

    promotion, and branding efforts.

    Identify target audiences and develop marketing campaigns tailored to their

    needs and preferences.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing

    strategies with overall business goals.

  • Lead Generation:

    Implement and manage lead generation campaigns across various digital

    platforms.

    Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, making

    data-driven adjustments as needed.

    Optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.

  • Branding and Promotion:

    Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all

    marketing channels.

    Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships, and collaborations to

    enhance brand visibility.

    Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to inform future marketing

    decisions.

  • E-Commerce and Sales Activity:

    Oversee the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and revenue growth.

    Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products and

    services.

    Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and

    growth.
  • Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the wellness or

health industry.

Proven experience in managing social media accounts and developing effective

marketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook

Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Passion for health, wellness, and promoting healthy lifestyle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
