Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage e-commerce sales and reporting.
  • Handle the inbound and outbound flow of marketing items.
  • Manage outlets telco and internet application and termination.
  • Promote and communicate corporate privileges and benefits to targeted audiences.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including campaigns, presentations, and digital content that emphasize corporate advantages.
  • Assist in creating marketing content (visuals and short videos).
  • Maintain, update, and respond to all social media communications.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including monthly reporting.
  • Assist with printing coordination.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by immediate superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in social media marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate (e.g., Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Self-disciplined, motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop skills would be an advantage.
  • Willing to learn and passionate about marketing.
