Job Responsibilities:- Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategies for company and branch events
Create compelling content and promotional materials for events, including brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns- Work with purchaser to identify and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance event visibility and success
Work closely with Digital Marketing personnel to promote company events
- Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within the allocated budget. Able to work with a tight budget.
Track and analyze event performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and branch managers to align event goals with overall company objectives
Handle administrative tasks related to marketing, such as filing, data entry, license application for events and coordination of marketing meetings
- Manage inventory of marketing event materials
Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties from time to time
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Media, Art/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent- Proven track record of successfully managing events, from conception to completion
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to work well under pressure
Able to multitask a few tasks at once- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
