Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Drive online sales by optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Work closely with IT and inventory teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor website traffic, customer behaviours, and sales trends to make informed decisions.
  • Develop and manage customer loyalty programs, email campaigns, and other initiatives to increase repeat business.
  • Oversee the e-Commerce budget, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Mentor and guide the e-Commerce team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Will work under the company Janamuda Sdn. Bhd.

Job Requirements

  • Have a bit of knowledge in e-Commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Positive attitude at work and willing to learn
