Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Conducting market survey and analyzing competitors to identify and define audiences for project involved.
  • Involving and monitoring the overall advertising and promotions (A&P) marketing creative design material.
  • Assisting team leader in planning, coordinate & execution the advertising, roadshows, events & promotional campaigns.
  • Managing campaigns on social media and monitoring performance.
  • To provide necessary assistance in marketing tasks to Sales Manager

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Advertising/ Media/ Creative Multimedia and Communications or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences in Marketing in property development background.
  • Proactive, Committed, Organized, Creative, Strong Communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Require languages: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal
  • Require skill: Microsoft office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
  • Knowledge in Digital marketing will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
