- Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with Proton's objectives and promote our vehicle models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts support sales targets and brand positioning.
- Product Launches and Promotions:
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating events, press releases, and advertising campaigns.
Develop and manage marketing promotions and initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Analyze market data and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, website management, and online advertising.
Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, optimizing strategies for effectiveness.
- Brand Management:
- Manage and enhance the Proton brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
Develop and enforce brand guidelines and standards.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and reporting on expenses.
Make recommendations for budget allocation and cost-saving measures.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Coach and mentor team members, encouraging their professional growth.
