Job Overview
As Amcor continues to grow and expand its market presence, we are looking to enhance our marketing operations to better support our sales and marketing efforts. We recognize the need for a dedicated Marketing Operation Executive to streamline our processes, manage pricing, generate insightful reports, coordinate impactful marketing events, and develop high-quality marketing collateral. This role is crucial in ensuring that our marketing strategies are executed flawlessly and that we continue to deliver exceptional value to our customers and contribute growth to company business.
Principal Accountabilities
Enhanced Pricing Management: To ensure prompt responsiveness to customer inquiries and maintain accurate pricing across all product range.
Improved Management Reporting: To provide stakeholders with clear visibility into our sales and business growth performance through regular, detailed reports.
Seamless Marketing Event Coordination: To support the planning and execution of various marketing events, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
Efficient Lead Database Management: To maintain an organized and up-to-date lead database, enabling effective tracking and management by our sales and marketing leaders.
High-Quality Marketing Collateral: To assist in the creation and updating of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Strategic Lead Research and Data Analysis: Support Marketing Manager conducting lead research and perform strategic data analysis, identifying potential customers and business opportunities to support marketing strategies and decision-making processes.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: To perform any ad-hoc tasks required by immediate supervisor to support the overall marketing operations and team efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
o Preferably at least 2-4 years experience in marketing operation or similar position.
o Experience in B2B marketing is a must, experience in medical mfg industry is a plus.
o Experience in market research / analysis will be added advantage.
o Proficient in MS Office, particular Excel (Pivot Table, XLookUp) is a MUST.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
o Ability to multitask and work in tight deadline situation.
o Eagerness to learn and adapt to new knowledge and processes.
o Positive Thinking Mindset.
o Amenable to work fully onsite and travel within and outside Malaysia.
