Our client, an iconic lifestyle and entertainment brand, is seeking a passionate and strategic Director of Marketing to lead and drive marketing initiatives for their F&B and nightlife venues at Resorts World Genting. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence the brand's growth, enhance its market presence, and build a culture of excellence.
The role involves regular travel to and from Genting, with the client offering support for transportation or accommodation as needed.
Responsibilities
As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand growth and business performance. You will lead marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels, focusing on enhancing the brand presence in the nightlife, hospitality, and entertainment sectors.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with over 10 years of marketing expertise and 3 to 5 years of leadership experience, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industry. You have demonstrated expertise in successfully developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Strong analytical skills and a passion for entertainment, nightlife, and hospitality are essential. You should also possess excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
To succeed in this role, you should embody the following qualities: a creative and strategic mindset, a collaborative leader, and an individual with a deep understanding of consumer trends and behaviours in the entertainment and F&B sectors.
