We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as an E-commerce Marketing & Design Executive. Job Scope
E-commerce Marketing:
- Maintain and update online stores on platforms like WooCommerce WordPress, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Etsy, etc including web page design, photos update, copywriting etc.
- Ensure smooth ecommerce operation and proactively work with website technical team/ecommerce platform agents to address any issues with the site/platforms.
- Create and manage regular blog posts for SEO and send targeted email newsletters to subscribers.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries across various platforms.
- Assist with day-to-day marketing operations.
Design
- Design banners, posters, social media posts and ad visuals for ecommerce, marketing and social media purposes
- Take high-quality product photos/videos for marketing campaigns.
- Design and create visually appealing product packaging.
- Assist with day-to-day design needs within the company.
Other
- Be ready to assist with various tasks as needed to contribute to the team's success.

- A healthy, passionate, and self-driven individual with a positive attitude.
- A problem-solver and independent thinker.
- An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- A strong interest in sustainable and natural skincare and beauty.
