Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools to drive online engagement.
Brand Management
- Support brand development and maintenance through consistent messaging and visual identity.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing materials.
- Continuously explore ways to bring new customers into the marketing funnel, while increasing the efficiency of media and channels to build brand awareness.
Event Planning
- Creative, can take the initiative to propose various marketing and promotion plans for retail and E-commerce.
- Coordinate and execute marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
- Manage pre and post-event marketing strategies to maximize impact.
Analytics And Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, evaluate campaign data, make statistically stable and relevant optimizations and recommendations.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Analyze website traffic from specific channels to fully understand the consumer path to purchase and optimize while educating internal teams on the best-performing and worst-performing content and pages to improve the overall site experience.
Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Work closely and brainstorm with the teams to execute campaigns and come up with out-of-the-box marketing ideas.
- Manage acquisition marketing channels and oversee existing and development of new online channel activity, including social media, blogs, SEO/SEM, affiliate, and paid media.
- Foster positive relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.

- Education: At least a diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field of business administration.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin and English, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Bonus: Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office.
- Experience: Prior customer service experience is a bonus but not required. Sales knowledge and experience are highly valued.
