- Position Overview: We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to oversee our marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility across various platforms within the growing pet food market of Malaysia.
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies to promote our healthy pet food products, utilising digital, email campaigns, social media.
- Create compelling content and oversee the production of marketing materials, including email content, website content, photoshoots, packaging, advertising copy, and promotional materials.
Manage the company's social media presence and engage with our community to foster brand loyalty and drive customer engagement.- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and development within the pet food industry.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data analytics to optimize future strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive activities to maintain our competitive edge.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 5 years of experience in marketing and communications roles, ideally within the pet products industry or consumer goods sector.
Strong creative and storytelling skills with a knack for developing engaging content across various platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. English is a must.- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and interpreting metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
Passion for pets and understanding of pet owner demographics and behaviours is a plus.
