Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Communication Manager to join our Electronics business Surface Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across various channels. This role requires a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role reports to Head of Business & Digital Excellence Manager.

What You Do

MarCom Planning and Execution:


Co-develop and Implement Marketing Communication Strategies: Work with Head of Digital Marketing to create and execute integrated marketing communication plans aligned with business objectives and brand strategy.
Content Development: Responsible for the creation of compelling content for various channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, and marketing collateral.
Campaign Management / Support: Work with Regional marketing team to plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing communication budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and ROI measurement.
Internal Communication: Develop internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged, produce internal newsletters and updates to communicate company news and initiatives.

Digital Marketing:


Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage with target audiences.
SEO/SEM: Optimize digital content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to improve online / E-commerce visibility and traffic.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
E-commerce platform: Maintain E-commerce platform for Asia for in-time content updates with optimizes SEO and sitemap.
Organize and lead webinar execution & promotion across Asia including content preparation, promotion, communications, and follow-ups.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing including E-commerce initiatives using tools such as Google Analytics as well as conduct market intelligence of competitors on digital channels.

Media & Agency Relations:

Press Releases and Media Outreach: Write and distribute press releases and build and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure coverage.
Event Management: Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, and press conferences to promote the brand and engage with key stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
Agency Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing communication projects.

Who You Are

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications or a related role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communication strategies.
Experience in a multinational company and familiarity with the China market is a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to program & utilize AI to increase efficiency.
