As the Marketing Communication Executive, you will play a key role in the brand guardianship of Gutor and maintaining the portfolio of all existing communication assets. You will also be responsible for leveraging the different stakeholders & specialized teams, for the creation & communication of new assets within the frame of internal & external communication strategies. Also leveraging different resources in the group, you will support the management of the presence in digital channels and physical channels, by assisting with the organization of events such as tradeshows, customer seminars & conferences, sales and partner meetings, etc.
- Communication Asset Management & Development:
Oversee the existing portfolio of communication materials (brochures, presentations, white papers, etc.), ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with various teams and departments to develop new communication assets or translate existing ones, adhering to the defined communication strategy.
- Communication Strategy Implementation:
Engage with relevant stakeholders to define project scope, delivery timelines, and resource requirements for communication initiatives.
- Oversee the execution of internal and external communication activities as per the strategy, including content creation, distribution, and performance monitoring.
Track project progress, monitor quality assurance, identify any issues, and present solutions to stakeholders, facilitating continuous improvement.
- Project Coordination & Collaboration:
Coordinate working groups involved in project delivery, defining tasks, allocating resources, and ensuring smooth transitions between project phases.- Collaborate effectively with marketing, operations, and other functional areas across the business to ensure seamless project execution.
Proactively address and resolve cross-functional issues that may arise during project execution.
Support the planning and organization of various events, such as trade-shows, customer seminars, conferences, sales meetings, and partner engagements, leveraging internal resources effectively.
Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing or related field
