We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Marketing and Sales Executive to lead our marketing and sales efforts, driving the development and execution of integrated strategies. The ideal candidate will be a versatile and results-oriented professional with experience in both marketing and sales. The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for managing a team, developing marketing campaigns, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and evaluate comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Align marketing and sales efforts to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Lead and monitor a high-performing marketing and sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Foster collaboration between marketing and sales teams to ensure a unified approach to business development.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support sales objectives across various channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and collateral to support sales efforts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and implement improvements as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives that support sales goals, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies to drive online engagement and lead generation.
- Meeting KPI and assist with other assigned duties
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on strategy and team management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing and sales campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing and sales software and tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of marketing and sales trends.
