Marketing and Design Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Design Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in driving our marketing efforts and ensuring our brand's visual appeal across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, marketing, and social media management.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Create Marketing Material for Sales Team:
• Design and develop engaging marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and presentations to support the sales team.

Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and ensure materials effectively communicate our products and services.

• In Charge of Outlet Design & Marketing Related Material:
• Develop design concepts and materials for new and existing laundry outlets, ensuring consistency with the brand identity.

Create signage, posters, and in-store promotional materials to enhance the customer experience.

• 3. Social Media and Online Marketing Content:

Manage and create content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.

• 4. Design Artwork for New Outlets:

Conceptualize and produce artwork for the launch of new outlets.

• Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure all designs are aligned with the brands vision and goals.

Oversee the installation of artwork and design elements to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in graphic design and marketing.

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing strategies.

Experience with AI tools for design and marketing is a plus.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM1,873.10 - RM2,567.40 per month
