Lead Generation:
Implement lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients, retailers, distributors, and strategic partners within the beauty industry
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, consumer preferences, and untapped market segments
Identify, cultivate, and negotiate strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, influencers, and other key stakeholders to expand the brand's reach and market penetration
- Marketing Strategy Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives, target audience, and market trends
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and PR initiatives
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, leveraging data insights to optimise strategies and drive continuous improvement
Define and refine the brand's positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and resonance across all marketing channels
- Stakeholder Communication:
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and vendors, to drive alignment and collaboration
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience in marketing and business development roles within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
