Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Propose, planning and managing corporate events from end to end.
  • Oversee on-site event setup, execution and breakdown to ensure event operation going smooth.
  • Plan and survey related trainer for training event.
  • Prepare marketing and promotional supports such as roadshow, promotion campaign, association activities.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote company sales, events and brand awareness as well as print media.
  • Drive agency sales in the respective segments in which you will be supporting.
  • Ad hoc work will give from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least SPM and related experience
  • Language: Mandarin (mandatory) and English
  • Proficient in MS office and digital marketing software.
  • Motivated, budgeting, and policies experience preferred.
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work.
