Position Title: Marketing Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online and offline marketing efforts. The goal is to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.- Support the creation of marketing content including blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.
Assist in maintaining the companys website and updating content as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Analyse market data to support marketing strategy development.- Maintain and organize marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing marketing calendars, and coordinating events.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations.
Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure successful collaboration.- Respond to inquiries from clients and customers regarding marketing activities.
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.- Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields is preferred but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
