Responsibilities:- Responsible for developing growth through increased sales and customer acquisition;
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, target markets, and industry trends. This involves gathering data on competitors, customer preferences, and market conditions;- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that can enhance business development efforts;
Generate sales leads, promote products and services;
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients or partners. Clearly communicate the value proposition of the company's products or services;
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment between business development efforts and the company's overall strategy;- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline. Ensure that all necessary paperwork and contracts are completed accurately;
Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
- Knowledge in IT will be an added advantage
Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills- Persistent, patient and results-oriented
High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and customer service orientation
