About The Role
To support the Market Conduct Compliance function in carrying out the activities and initiatives as per Annual Compliance Plan and ad hoc projects / assignments
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist and support the Market Conduct Compliance team in:
- Analysis of intermediaries data to identify red flags of possible intermediary conduct risk.
- Generate market conduct dashboard using Power BI for compliance monitoring and management reporting.
- Monitor and follow up with the Business functions on the outstanding assessments / open action items and ensure it is completed appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support in coordinating discussion and meetings, including documenting minutes of meeting.
- Prepare regular Compliance updates or reports for the Senior Management and Group.
- Carry out any other ad hoc projects / tasks assigned by supervisors.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Field of studies: Data Science, Computer Science, Actuarial or Information Technology (data analytics background/skillsets preferred)
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills and self-motivated.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and local language.
