Manufacturing - Warehouse & Storekeeper (Cheras Jaya)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Finish Goods & Semi-Finish Good Management

Manage the finish goods quantity (acc) and keeping record.

• Monitor work in progress (WIP) items and keeping record.

Monitor FRP panel stock and keeping record.

• Coordination Between SG & SE

Monitor consumable requisition from SG (Through WS Group) When necessary.

• Monitor offcut I-Beams, HDPE lining, wooden pallet & box stock and keeping record. (Through WS Group)

• Material Planning

Determine the availability of raw materials based on every new work order issue Daily / When necessary

• Determine the availability of consumable and make a requisition when fall below min level Daily / When necessary

Maintain minimum level of raw material for FIFO items.

• Weekly Storage Management

• Storage Management (Store, SS Plate Store, Platform)

Manage storage for raw material, finish goods and semi finish goods When necessary

• Keep storage area clean and proper by removing unused boxes, wrapping films.

• Documents Filling

Delivery Order come with certification / without certificate Daily.

• Purchase Order Daily.

SMC Check Sheet with QC verification When necessary.

• Raw Material Check Sheet with QC verification When necessary.

Delivery Note with receiver signature When necessary.

• Production Requisition Form (RF) with clear description and signature of HOD Daily.

Sales Requisition Form with management approval signature When necessary.

• Stay Arrangement Drawing with R&D manager approval signature Daily.

• Procurement

Raise purchase request (PQ) for shortage item or item below min re-order level thru Autocount System.

• Assist by provide supporting data to proceed for management approval.

Pass all incoming delivery order document with verification completed.

• Communicate with procurement in order to fullfil production delivery schedule When necessary.

Follow-up delivery status.

• Autocount System

Raise purchase request

• Issue stock to production

Monitor Stock Level in autocount system by adjusting stock when necessary When necessary

• Excel Manual Record

Maintain accuracy of Manual Stock Card record in Onedrive Daily

• Maintain Material Requisition Progress report in Onedrive Daily

• Stock Count

Monthly internal stock count (Store and SS Plate Store) Monthly

• Annual internal stock count

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,

• 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
