Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Supervising the workflow of the team, creating team schedules & delegating tasks
  • Ensuring the production & maintenance run smoothly
  • Ensuring that deadlines & performance standards are met
  • Setting goals for workers and making sure they comply with the companys plans

Job Requirements

  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
  • 3 years supervisor experience in manufacturing
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
