Work closely with different department involving Project Management, Solution & Architect, Development, 3rd party vendors & SI, Business Users for QA testing execution.
- SIT (System Integration Testing)
- Prepare test cases and test data prior to SIT.
- Perform End to end SIT(Inclusive Mobile App, Front end and Back End testing), API
testing based on projects, enhancement, BAU and Production fix requirements.
- Produce Daily SIT reporting via email, daily huddle, JIRA and any other methods
that required by stakeholders.
- Prepare Clearance & SIT sign off
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support.
- Support on Demo, UAT test cases and test data preparation.
- Support UAT test execution
- Defect Management
- Raised and retest all defects encounter during SIT, UAT, Smoke test, Regression
test and performance / load test.
- Update defect status in JIRA
- Smoke & Regression test
- Prepare smoke test coverage
- Perform smoke testing and raise any defects prior to Smoke Test
- Prepare Regression test coverage
- Perform regression testing and raise any defects prior to Regression Test.
- Performance/Load Test (optional)
- Prepare performance test coverage
- Perform Performance Test and raise any defects prior to Performance Test
- Produce Performance / Load test reporting and sign off
