Neu Force (M) Sdn Bhd is a subsidiaries company under Neu Dimension Group of Companies. We are manpower supply in Oil & Gas industry looking for the right candidates to fulfill the following available position for our clients;
To increase sales and revenue in line with the departmental objectives and target
Plan and execute the sales strategy and its implementation for manpower supply including new accounts, number of tenders, direct award, price agreement and sales value through proper execution of manpower supply activities and market trend in order to meet the sales and revenue target for the division- Plan and conduct awareness to potential clients whilst secure existing clients
Plan and execute daily sales activities for manpower supply including sales call, client visit, social media update, email blast etc. through client base analysis and appointment with potential and existing clients to ensure smooth execution of sales plan as per company procedure and guideline
- Plan and conduct negotiation with client and business partner on costing and timeframe through proper documentation, product analysis, benchmarking etc. in order to determine the best results offered as per client requirement and expectation thus secure business opportunity and contract
Analyze and prepare sales report for manpower supply such as sales revenue, profit & loss, monthly activities update etc. To provide updated information and data trending to the management- Identify and abide all standard acts, rules and regulation required by PETRONAS Company policy & procedures, and other related requirements through regular monitoring of required process and standard in order to safeguard business, reputation, quality, standard and sustain the long-term interest
Plan, prepare and implement the yearly sales manpower supply budget such as Annual Cumulated Value (ACV), Operation Expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) through proper analysis of actual expenses, previous performance trending and business forecast in order to meet the departmental target and objective
- Establish and build effective working relationships and rapport with PETRONAS, public sectors, service providers, government authorities, stakeholder and key industry players in order to keep abreast with latest development and capture opportunities for new business whilst sustain long term business relationship and company credibility
Degree in Marketing/International Trade/Business Studies or equivalent
- 5 years minimum experience in manpower industry of Oil and Gas
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the manpower industry- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM4,- 00 - RM6,000.00 per month
