Responsible for handling global issues related to account theft and fraud (payment fraud, fraud & scam, crisis management, dispute resolutions), ensuring efficient team operations, setting team goals and plans, and achieving relevant targets.
Reduce the occurrence of fraud on the platform and ensure dynamic zeroing of theft incidents.
Continuously monitor industry trends and developments, optimize processing workflows, and promote product/tool enhancements to improve efficiency.
Recruit and develop top talent to ensure the team is well-staffed.
Job Requirements
Candidate with minimum Diploma educational background.
At least 3 years of experience in handling theft and fraud cases, including but not limited to identifying fraud patterns, investigating cases, and coordinating with law enforcement agencies.
Experience in managing a team 20 to 50 members (including experience in managing Team Leads), with the ability to effectively lead the team, assign tasks, oversee key workflows, and ensure the team achieves business objectives.
Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate fluently and produce business reports, emails, and other relevant documentation both in writing and verbally.
Capable of developing department work plans and strategies to ensure departmental goals are met and continuously optimize departmental operational efficiency.
Able to collaborate across departments, coordinate resources, and jointly address and resolve issues related to security and fraud.
Preferred candidates will have risk control management experience in the financial and blockchain industries.
Job Benefits
Salary range: Base Salary RM9,000 RM11,000 (Negotiable)
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri); Need to support the team / standby remotely after working hours
4 days RTO & 1-day WFH
Yearly bonus: 0/2/4/8 months (payout in April)
Grab meal allowance: RM25/day (subject to previous month attendance) payable in Grab business account
