Requirements- Candidate must have at least 2-3 years of experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive problem solver- Willingness to travel and work on Public Holiday/weekends as needed
Candidate who interested in Toys and collectibles will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be able to communicate in Mandarin/ English /Bahasa Malaysia due to the working nature
Candidate must be able to travel between Pavilion KL and Pavilion Bukit Jalil
Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.- Maintains store staff in well trained.
Supervise, train and assist employees like Sales Representatives in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Plan and prepare duty roster for retail staffs and prepare a backup plan. Example, if staff is absent, who will be replacing his/her shift. Such working hours shall be compiled and confirmed by 25th of every month.- Promotes optimum staff performance by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
Report staff issues to the manager (example, MC, leave, staff attitude problem, complaints etc).
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analysing variances.
* Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements.
