Position: Junior AP Clerk
Responsibilities
- Process invoices timely and accurately.
Follow up with vendors and the internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.- Respond to AP related inquiries from internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Process employee reimbursement and ensure the claims are compliance with company expense policy.
- Executing payment on a timely manner and accurately in compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls.
Support AR receipt application (i.e. applying receipt against AR invoices).
Required skills and qualifications- Bachelors degree in accounting or related majors or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
Minimum 1 year working experience in Accounts Payable is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written is essential.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP software.- Ability to problem-solve, both independently and working as a team.
Able to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners.
