Job Summary: The Senior Finance Accounting Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning to support the financial health and growth of the organization. The Senior Finance Accounting Executive will work closely with senior management to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Provide regular financial reports and presentations to senior management.- Develop and manage annual budgets, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis and recommendations.
- Prepare financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain and improve accounting systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation and addressing audit findings.- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize working capital.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and provide recommendations for managing cash reserves and investments.
Support the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve organizational objectives.- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and capital investments.
Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to long-term financial planning.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance and accounting staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.
