Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the companys services.
To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
Provide exceptional customer and technical support on a daily basis.
Analyse customer needs and technical issues, offering effective solutions and recommendations.
Job Requirements
Applicants with SPM level qualification and above
Required basic technical knowledge for mobile
Proficient in Traditional Mandarin (Read, Speak, Type)
Average English is acceptable for this role
Have no issue to work on 9am 6pm
Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (Rotational 2 off days per week)
Able to working on 10th June 2024
Have no issue to be fully work based at Cheras, Kuala Lumpur Office

Monthly Salary: RM3,200 Basic Salary + KPI allowance up to RM500
