Job Description

Salary: RM3000-RM3500
  • Working days: 5 days, 2 days off
  • Location: Cyberjaya
  • Job Description:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via Voice and Non-Voice

    (Live chat, Email & WhatsApp) channels.

  • Identify customer needs and support customers in the use of specific features.

  • Update information in the CRM/Client tools/Systems.

  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and escalate to client stakeholders.

  • To coordinate and resolve customer enquiries via the support of internal and external

    team members.

  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities, when required.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and uplift customer

    satisfaction.
  • Required Skills

  • Local Nationality.

  • Minimum diploma and degree

  • Minimum experience as a Customer Support or Customer Experience role for at least

    one (1) year.

  • Familiar in Call Centre SLAs & KPI metrics.

    Job Types: Permanent, Freelance, Fresh graduate

    Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
