Job Responsibility
- Financial Support:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial data and assist in preparing management reports.
- Compliance & Controls:
- Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls.
- Support the preparation for internal and external audits.
- Team support:
- Provide guidance and support to junior finance team members.
- Assist in training and development of finance staff.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.
- Liaison & Coordination:
- Liaise with other departments to gather financial information and support business operations.
- Work with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance.
- Good knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
