As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks overseeing office procedures, and managing the day-to-day operations.
Manage administrative staff and handle any inquiries.
Coordinate and delegate tasks among the team.
Manage office supplies and inventory ensuring that everything is in order
Facilitate the budgeting and financial planning of office activities
Delegation of resources and assisting in planning the operations for teams
Implement office policies and procedures, setting up SLA and SOP for compliance management in the office.
Oversee the internal hiring of the company, ensuring the headcount is always met for all the teams.
Attend meetings with upper management to report on office activities
Job Requirements
Proven working experience as an Office Manager
3-5 years working experience in a managerial position
