- Responsible for selecting the range of products to be sold based on market trends, customer preferences, and sales data analysis.
Oversee inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and markdowns. This involves monitoring sales trends, forecasting demand, and implementing strategies to manage inventory efficiently.
- Create item codes and set competitive prices for products.
Manage the inventory of consignment and defective items for HQ and outlets.- Work closely with various departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment on merchandising strategies and goals.
Identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly based on analysis.
- Evaluate vendor performance and seek out new sourcing opportunities when necessary.
Provide service to frontliner needs.
- Diploma in any relevant field of study.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the retail industry. Knowledge on contact lens/lens would be an added advantage. (Optical Industry)- Fresh grad are welcome to apply.
Excellent at figures, attentive to details and has insightful analytical skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Good computer literacy.
