Salary: RM3000-RM3500- Working days: 5 days, 2 days off
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via Voice and Non-Voice
(Live chat, Email & WhatsApp) channels.
- Identify customer needs and support customers in the use of specific features.
- Update information in the CRM/Client tools/Systems.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and escalate to client stakeholders.
- To coordinate and resolve customer enquiries via the support of internal and external
team members.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities, when required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and uplift customer
satisfaction.
- Required Skills
- Minimum diploma and degree
- Minimum experience as a Customer Support or Customer Experience role for at least
one (1) year.
- Familiar in Call Centre SLAs & KPI metrics.
