• Job Duties:

• Assisting customers with questions about their accounts, balances, and transactions.
  

• Providing information about various bank products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.
  

• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues related to account discrepancies, fees, and transaction errors.
  
• Required Skills:

Atleast should complete SPM.

2 years experience in customer service
