We are urgently looking for Mandarin speakers from Customer Service background to support one of our prestigious client based in Malaysia:

About the team: The team is part of our Support, focusing on providing exceptional customer service to our Mandarin-speaking users. Our broader activities include resolving customer inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Our goal is to maintain high customer satisfaction and support our mission of driving Southeast Asia forward.

About the Assignment: This assignment is to support our Mandarin-speaking customers during a peak period. The contractor will handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide assistance in Mandarin to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.

The Core Objectives:

1. Provide timely and accurate support to Mandarin-speaking customers.

2. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

3. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support our service standards.

Essential Experience / Criteria:

1. Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

2. Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.

Desirable Experience / Criteria:

1. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

2. Familiarity with our services and platforms.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
