Are you fluent in Mandarin and English Join our team as a Call Centre Agent where you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service to Mandarin and English-speaking customers.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing clear and helpful information.
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to handle various inquiries and complaints effectively.
Adhere to company policies, client directives, and industry regulations, including data privacy and professionalism.- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and comprehensive responses to inquiries.
Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).- Basic communication skill in Malay for communication with team members.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is advantageous but not required- General computer skills for data entry and system updates (training provided).
Minimum education level: SPM or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Located conveniently at SS15 Subang (SS15 Courtyard), accessible via LRT SS15 station.
Working hours: 8am - 5pm, weekdays (excluding public holidays).
