Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Order Support: Assist customers with placing online orders and provide timely help through phone and email.
  • Secure Payment Handling: Process payments and manage confidential information while ensuring data protection.
  • Proactive Customer Care: Address customer needs to prevent risks to brand and loyalty, and escalate priority issues as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with team members to improve support processes and share suggestions for service enhancement.
  • Ongoing Learning and Compliance: Stay updated through training, meet performance goals, and follow company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above.

  • Ethical standards
  • Working 24/7 ( 9 hours), Between Monday to Sunday 5 working days, 2 days off
  • Working Location in George Town, Penang
