Job Description

admiral.digital continues to expand globally and to support that growth, it is looking for a Managing Director (MD), SEA.

The MD plays a pivotal role in strengthening the existing business while driving further growth for admiral.digital across Southeast Asia. The MD will report to the CEO directly and will, in close collaboration, support with the execution of the long term vision and growth plans of the company.

As a leader with a proven track record in a digital agency, a fast growing company or management consulting, the MD will be responsible for business development and growth, internationalization, new service offering, day-to-day operations, team development while being a growth driver and contact for local key accounts.

Parallel to driving new business and top line growth, the MD plays an important role in improving bottom line efficiency. You work closely with the CEO on making day to day operations more efficient while optimizing margins.

We are looking for a hands-on person that is ready to roll up his/her sleeves and help us build, execute and operate.

Other key responsibilities:

  • Expand SEA business by acquiring new clients, driving business development activities, leveraging networks, offering new services, and building strategic partnerships.
  • Lead as a digital thought leader, continuously upskill, and showcase expertise to strengthen the company's reputation.
  • Oversee daily business operations with a focus on optimizing processes alongside the COO and leadership team.
  • Support HR and finance, ensure policy compliance, and drive efficiencies that enhance margins and profitability.
  • Maintain strong internal and external relationships, serve as the main contact for tier 1 Southeast Asia clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Lead and coach department heads, fostering growth and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Uphold and integrate company values across all areas of the business.

To be successful, you will have:

  • at least 10 years of experience managing P&L, passionate about driving strategic growth and fostering a culture of excellence within an organization.
  • Proven track record in managing P&L, operations, and high-performing teams within digital marketing or consulting sectors.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of digital strategies and data-driven decision-making skills.
