Job Description

The Successful Applicant
Requirements
The successful candidate must be confident in delivering corporate trainings at a high-level while growing the business and driving revenue across the APAC region. It's critical you have an all-rounded experience and must possess the requirements below:
- MBA or Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of consulting or industry experience (globally-recognized Universities/Companies/Firms are extremely advantageous and high preferred)
- Exceptional communicator and presenter, and excellent command of English who can captivate the audience when you speak.
- Passionate in driving HRD agendas while being a strong thought leader
- Driven to explore new opportunities, demonstrating strong business acumen and commercial capabilities to drive sales.
- Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision and possesses a meticulous attention to detail.
- Great interpersonal and diplomatic skills for collaborating with diverse colleagues and customers, building strong relationships.
