Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving strategic direction and ensuring the execution of impactful youth and social-led advocacy programs.
- Develop and implement strategies for community engagement, on-ground activation, and educational content
- Work with external partners (corporates, NGOs) to drive impactful, socially responsible initiatives
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with communities (youth, B40, etc) for successful collaborations
- Collaborate with analytics teams to measure campaign impact and provide actionable insights
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive profitability
- Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence and clarity
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth in youth/social impact work
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
- Proven experience in CSR, youth engagement, and social impact projects.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills, eye for detail
- Able to work independently and deadline oriented.
